THE SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ALL POINTS EAST FESTIVAL IS HERE – AND IT’S GOOD!
After the first announcement from the festival telling us that Tame Impala were to headline on Saturday 23rd May 2020 we thought, this is good… can’t get better… surely? Well we were wrong! Kraftwerk have been announced as the headliners on Friday 29th May 2020.
For Kraftwerk, this show will mark 50 years since the release of their debut album, and will be celebrating this with an insane 3D show. This UK exclusive will be laden with out of this world 3D animations and robotics.
Forming as a multi-media project in 1970 by Ralf Hütter and FLorian Schneider in Germany, they set up their own legendary electronic Kling Klang Studio, the place they produced and recorded all of their albums.
Joining the group on the bill are Jonny Marr, Iggy Pop, Kim Gordon, Grandmaster Flash, Chromatics, Jenny Beth, Anna Calvi and The Orb – with more to follow, we’re sure!
Tickets start from just £65, and go on public sale this Friday 6th December at 10am – you can get them here.
