Avicii Tribute Concert: In Loving Memory of Tim Bergling

Last week (5th Dec) Sweden’s Friend’s Arena hosted a 58,000 strong concert in memory of Avicii who shockingly passed away in 2018. The concert was a tribute to him and was in support of Mental Health Awareness, and surrounding the event they are encouraging people to donate to the Tim Bergling Foundation.

The Tim Bergling Foundation claims to advocate for the recognition of suicide as a global health emergency and promote removing the stigma attached to the discussion of mental health issues. It will support science-based organisations that engage in research into the causes and prevention of suicide, particularly for young people.

Additionally, the foundation will support non-profits that address issues for which Tim had a passion such as climate change, preservation of endangered species, global hunger, and more.
