Introducing – Scuttlers

THE BACKSTORY: In 1890 Scuttlers where typically young gangsters who hailed from the lowest income areas of Manchester. Nowadays they’ve swapped Knives and heavy belt buckles for guitars and a killer stage presence.

The four piece from Middleton are carving out there identity with a triumphant Middleton swagger. “There’s nothing new” is a mischievous grin and a flat cap tip to the Indie influences of their past however you can’t help feel like your enjoying being kicked in the face with the big distorted guitar riffs and huge drums. Nonetheless their fusion of Punk and indie rock is highly infectious and sure to get you on your feet.

The band are soon to be playing a headline slot at the Deaf institute on July 5th in Manchester and even a Cheeky Kendal calling slot. Due to there locally grown music following, What ensues is sure to be pandemonium and us here at Sounds are excited to see what the future holds for these lads.
