INTRODUCING -Beabadoobee

The Back story –18 year old Bea Kristi is the newest addition to Dirty Hit records and emerges onto the scene in spectacular fashion. Combining genres like shoe gaze, bedroom pop, folk and rock and then to top it all of angelic falsetto to fall in love with. 

Even though it has only been year, listening to her earliest song “Coffee” which was a love Song to her Boyfriend. (Which come across as a very Lo-fi, DIY approach but Wonderfully simple) one of her newest “You Lie All The Time” you can clearly see the development of the young artist and that’s she’s traveled a great distance musically and professionally in a short amount of time. 

Her lyrical content is that of what you’d expect 18 year olds to scribble down on a note pad at 3 am. This is shown in the track “apple cider”, Yet at the same time her tracks are melodically rich and equally as catchy. Bea is the personification of a dimly lit teenage daydream and were looking forward to see what the future holds.
